as you start to walk on the way, the way appears - rumi
It started at fifteen. I found my way volunteering at Melbourne Fashion Week and enrolling in a business course meant for graduating students. Something innately drew me toward understanding how creativity and commerce could coexist—a curiosity that would soon shape everything.
Fast forward, after studying international business with marketing and philosophy, and being offered a marketing role at L'Oréal, I continued to choose my own path. I traveled the world and built my own jewellery label whilst eventually balancing corporate marketing—strategically cultivating both creative and commercial expertise.
I thought I had found my balance. Then 2020 arrived, and the universe presented me with a choice I didn't know I had to, or needed to make: accept what felt expected or trust what felt true.
I chose myself. I left all that was no longer serving me—the relationship, the constraints, the expectations—and booked a one-way ticket to France with nothing but a laptop and an unwavering belief in what I could create.
That leap became Montempe. A place where everything in the journey so far, my experience and qualifications, converged and made sense.
Montempe is a space where women transform their ideas into elevated brands that reflect their depth, intelligence, independence, and purpose.
Montempe is where your social media becomes a transformational home that grows your business whilst giving you back your time to do what you love most.
Today, I work exclusively with creative and wellness entrepreneurs who refuse to follow trends and instead want to build something meaningful that gives them the freedom and income to live on their own terms.
Because when your brand reflects your values, it frees your time, your mind, and your future — and gives you back your autonomy. Now that changes everything.
Creativity meeting business fascinated me long before I understood why. I was drawn to the way we could embrace and live the dualities of who we were—how we could express something meaningful while turning that into a sustainable way of life.
This innate curiosity led me to convince my school to allow me to enrol in a business course for graduates at 15 while simultaneously volunteering for L'Oréal Melbourne Fashion Week. I belonged in these environments, moving seamlessly between creative expression and strategic thinking, between philosophical conversations and practical business decisions. I was trusting an instinct that embraced both the artistic and the commercial, the thoughtful and the tactical.
I moved forward to study international business and marketing at RMIT, choosing French and philosophy as my minors—honouring the balance of who I am. The analytical alongside the contemplative, the practical threaded through with meaning.
By then I'd become a stylist for Melbourne and Sydney Fashion Weeks and registered my first ABN. I was building something, though the shape wasn't clear yet. When L'Oréal offered me a marketing position, I surprised everyone but myself by choosing to travel through Asia instead.
A time of complete independence opened my eyes to how differently life could be lived when you prioritised your values over others' expectations—and ultimately, that we owned the choice in how that looked.
I came home, finished my degree, and then did what felt natural: I moved to Asia to write, to immerse, to discover. I started a travel blog which became my first real venture into building something entirely my own—how my love for writing and creativity could move forward in balance with business.
India followed, where I lived and studied yoga at Parmarth Niketan ashram. The teachings there deepened something I'd always carried—a belief that how we live should reflect who we are, not who we think we should be. But returning home meant navigating the familiar tension between what felt expected and what felt true.
I chose to honour both: simultaneously, I secured a corporate role in travel marketing and started my own jewellery label, Mahi Collective, inspired by my time abroad. It was an intensive but invaluable time. The corporate world taught me structure, psychology, and how successful businesses operate. My own brand taught me everything else—the beautiful complexity of building something from scratch, the strategic thinking behind digital marketing, the problem-solving, the resilience, the power of community, and the power of trusting yourself.
I was living in two worlds, and both were preparing me for what came next.
March 2020 arrived with questions that would define everything: What do you do when the world pauses and you’re forced to examine what you’ve built? Who you are? Where you’re going?
Like the world, the travel industry shifted overnight. My corporate role vanished. Melbourne entered its years of lockdowns, and I found myself in a relationship that no longer supported my growth. Rather than seeing this as loss, I recognised it as clarity—the beginning of an aligned new chapter. Every skill I’d developed, every experience I’d gathered, every lesson I’d absorbed had prepared me for this moment.
From here, the roots of Montempe were planted. It became a way to weave together everything I understood about branding, marketing, mindset and business into something that could sustain not just me, but the women I knew needed this work too.
What began as personal necessity quickly grew into a purposeful mission. I realised I wasn’t just building a business; I was creating a pathway for other women to do what I was doing—transforming ideas, talents and vision into something tangible, sustainable and liberating. To give women a way to be independent in every sense—their finances, creativity, autonomy, mindset—their lives, just as every woman deserves.
Days before my 30th birthday, the world reopened and the courage I had been building came to front. I chose to leave everything that no longer served me and stepped fully into what did. No plan beyond trust in myself—trust in my abilities, trust in what I’d built, trust that the biggest leaps often lead to the most extraordinary landings.
So, I leapt into a lifelong dream, booked a one-way ticket to Biarritz, France, and stepped into the next chapter.
Trusting myself fully taught me something most people spend a lifetime searching for and that I want every women to know now: true freedom and unwavering focus can exist at the same time.
That’s where transformation happens—in that space between the familiar and the unknown, where creativity and clarity converge—at the edge of what you know and what you dare to create next.
I spent months in the picturesque coastal town of Biarritz, building Montempe while reconnecting with myself, my desires and my capabilities. The business grew, but more importantly, I came to understand my purpose with complete dedication and clarity. Every experience—the early entrepreneurial drive, the corporate insights, the creative ventures, the travels, even the difficult transitions—had prepared me for this moment.
I returned home to Melbourne with intention. I secured my dream apartment and deepened my understanding of the human mind through postgraduate studies in clinical psychology, becoming a qualified holistic therapist and refining my mindfulness and meditation practice along the way.
Every qualification, every skill, every lesson now serves the women I work with.
Today, Montempe exists for women who refuse to compromise on their vision, creativity and autonomy.
I work exclusively with creative and wellness entrepreneurs who want to build something meaningful. Not only profitable, but deeply aligned. The brands we create together are intentional from the inside out.
Women who understand that their brand should reflect their depth, intelligence and unique perspective. Women who deserve to live a life of autonomy and choice through an aligned, successful and impactful brand.
My approach to building brands and marketing is holistic—exploring the brand’s DNA and your mindset, first. I focus on understanding you, the founder, on a deeper level to develop and elevate your brand in a way that aligns with who you are at your core, your desired goals and your intended impact.
From this depth, we shape everything: messaging and content to strategy—each crafted with substance and consistency across all platforms so your online presence reflects depth and attracts the right people for the right reasons. It connects, converts and creates change.
I don’t build brands for the algorithm and I don’t chase trends or offer quick fixes. I build brands that become a life’s work. When you create something that truly works—something sustainable and aligned with your values—you build your own independence that can be sustained over time, that transcends fleeting trends and stands out in its own right. Mental, emotional, financial and creative freedom that allows you to make choices from a place of strength rather than limitation.
That’s the true heart of my work—not just building brands, but building lives of autonomy and purpose, exactly as you deserve.
This is where I am now. This is where Montempe stands. And if you feel something true in these words, it might be where you stand next.
Women needed a place to shape their mindset, nurture their creativity, and build a business that empowers their independence instead of consuming it.
I wanted to give those creating change their time back to focus on what they love most, the support to keep going when it feels hard, and the expertise to help their vision grow.
Every brand or social presence we craft begins with deep, holistic strategy. We define what you stand for, who you serve, and how to speak with connection and conversion.
From there, we design aligned, enduring content and build a digital presence that invites trust and delivers results. We guide your content and social storytelling so your audience connects for the right reasons — and stays for a lifetime.
